Counselling

Are you or someone you love struggling with depression and anxiety? Trying to overcome trauma and PTSD? Or perhaps you could use support with strengthening emotional resilience

Art counselling can help with self-expression by creating a special space to explore and reflect upon topics that may feel too difficult to approach directly. We support you throughout this process to help you grow from this insight and transform your life.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes and cost £99 for adults. Children’s sessions cost £40. A reduced rate is possible by purchasing a wellness package or booking a 30-minute initial assessment. Special considerations can also be made for those facing financial hardship.

Depression and Anxiety

Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience in our lives. Through counselling and treatment, we can empower you to recover the motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in life.

We employ a combination of art, play, and talk therapy, exploring the sensitive themes that may have contributed to your emotions. Through a program of artistic exercises, you’ll be given the opportunity to self-reflect and understand the underlying causes. By doing this, we enable you to face and resolve the problem at its very core.

Trauma and PTSD

Many individuals can experience challenging symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger in the aftermath of a traumatic event. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing through personalised counselling.

Confronting past trauma can feel overwhelming and even impossible, but arts counselling offers a gentler way of approaching such difficult emotions. Explore sensitive themes with artistic exercises, self-reflection, and continual therapeutic support. You can heal from your past and move forward with the life you want to build for the future.

These early stages of development and the relationships formed during this period leave a permanent mark. We can help you and your loved ones through this process of change.

Though these times may seem full of difficulties, there are also many opportunities for personal awareness and growth. As your child is guided through self-reflection, you can also receive regular therapeutic support to assist throughout this process and strengthen your relationship.
